NWACC Corruption - An Arkansas Community College

Photo of Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC)

Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC)  in Bentonville, Arkansas, is currently wondering what is happening with their attrition rates.  Arkansas tax-payers and tuition payers are becoming aware of the rampant corruption at this community college.  For your information, NWACC has a mere 7% graduation rate in addition to approximately 1,000 failing students that NWACC CEO's are attempting to cover up for fear of no longer qualifying for state and federal funding.  NWACC needs to be investigated and audited by the proper authorities.

The US Department of Higher Education has numerous complaints on file for NWACC, as does the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.  NWACC has a long-standing history of corruption, bullying and the suppression of freedom of speech, our first amendment right.  Not only does NWACC suppress the freedom of speech, but it also refuses to address any form of legitimate grievances.  Aggrieved administrators, students, and faculty members are, instead, brought up against their disciplinary action board committee for standing up for their rights.  These victims are then placed on "Grant Stewart's Black Resume List", thus being marginalized and unable to gain employment in the area.  Barbaric behavior, to say the least.

NWACC has broken many laws and statutes in the handling of their hundreds of victims.  Indeed, NWACC does not even uphold its own policies and procedures.  The administration makes every attempt to protect the perpetrators rather than the victims.  Here is a laundry list of laws and statutes that NWACC breaks in regards to their many victims:
  • Bullying and Harassment by Instructors, Faculty, and Other Staff Personnel
  • Violations of Student Rights (per policy)
  • Violations of Whistleblower Protections
  • Retaliation by Staff and Administrative Personnel (per policy)
  • Due Process Violations (per policy)
  • Breach of Contract
  • Tampering and/or Altering of Scholastic and Personal Records
  • Fabrication and/or Forging of Official Records
  • Altering of Grades
  • Character defamation by Staff and Administrative Personnel/Slander Inside and Outside the Classroom
  • Sabotage of Future Employment Opportunities in NWA
  • Conspiracy/Civil Rights Violations
  • Consumer Fraud
  • Revocation of School Records Including Judicial Files, Registrar's Files, and Financial Aid Files
  • Refusal of School to Respond to Multiple Freedom of Information Act Requests
  • The School's Promotion of a Hostile Learning Environment ("Academic Mobbing")
  • The School's Unjustified Cancellation of Students' Classes and Wrongful Expulsion
  • Interference and Control of Personal Lives
  • The Withholding of Grades for Work Completed
  • The Fabrication of False Psychological Assessments by Unlicensed/Unqualified Personnel
  • Loss of Monies in Student Loan Debt for wrongfully expelled students
  • Subsequent Damage to Personal lines of Credit
  • The Refusal by the School's Council to Hear and Process any Formal Grievances
  • The Refusal by School Administration to Properly Address Faculty Indiscretions & Improprieties
If you, or anyone you know, feels you have been wronged by NWACC in any way, whether you are/were a student or a faculty member, you are welcome to e-mail us at bullywatchdog@gmail.com with your story.  You may choose to remain anonymous if you wish.  We are attempting to reach as many aggrieved NWACC victims as possible.

  1. We have recently learned that, not only does NWACC have a 7% graduation rate, but they also currently have 1,000 failing students. What good is an educational institution if they can't graduate their students? This illustrates what a complete failure this institution is. NWACC is not focused on education, but rather on collecting money to pad their administrations' pockets.

  3. This poor student! But this isn't the only student they've done this to. I've heard of so many students who NWACC booted out simply because they're jelous of them. Petty high-school stuff.

  4. And who is helping this student, I would like to know? This student is deserving of help from a lot of people. This student's experience at NWACC has surely affected the rest of his life.

    1. This is quite the laundry list. Does fired CFO, Marty Parsons, have such a long list of laws NWACC broke in regards to his case? Why is this student's story not being told? Someone out there needs to tell this students' story. It appears that this student's case is very well documented.

  5. He's likely on Grant Stewart's Black Resume List, too, along with all the other wrongfully expelled NWACC students.

  6. This is pretty much what happened to me when I was a student in their respiratory therapy program. It was the worst experience of my life and I will never be the same person I was before going to nwacc. Biggest mistake of my life and for others too. There arent any good words to describe Mary Ross and her faculty. They're monsters.

  7. Yes, NWACC CEOs do all of these things. I know this first hand. They love to conspire against people. Think they thrive on it like it's their hobby. Makes them feel powerful because they probably have tiny little winky dinkies.

  8. Disgraceful! Where are the people whose job it is to reel NWACC in?
